There are 4 "Training" kata, developed by Master Gigo Funakoshi:
Ten No Kata "Kata of the Heavens" with kihon variation

Taikyoku Shodan "First Cause" Omote, Ura, Go and Go no Ura

Taikyoku Nidan "Second Cause" Omote, Ura, Go and Go no Ura

Taikyoku Sandan "Third Cause" Omote, Ura, Go and Go no Ura
